Careers - Support TechnicianThe primary job of Core Technology Help Desk Representative is to field support calls from our end users. Support calls are received via telephone and email. Some travel is required for onsite troubleshooting, installation and training. A rotating 24 x 7 "on call" support schedule is required to provide support to the law enforcement community.
